When you use JRB Metis to create bookings or manage logistics, you agree to provide accurate information regarding shipments, origins, destinations, and schedules. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of system errors, logistical impossibilities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you and arrange alternatives.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
